  • ASSOCIATE DEGREE
    • Duration ‐ Two years
    • Completed following ‐ Year 12 or equivalent, Certificate III or Certificate IV
    • Details ‐ The Associate Degree is a short-cycle Degree program that can help with career development if you're already working and don't have time to complete a full Bachelor Degree. It can be a pathway to a Bachelor Degree or prepare you for an Advanced Diploma in specialist industry training. An Associate Degree will be about the basics or foundations of your field. It will cover the broad theory and enable you to develop the basic employment-related skills.
  • BACHELORS DEGREE
    • Duration ‐ Three years
    • Completed following ‐ Year 12 or equivalent, Certificate III or Certificate IV
    • Details ‐ A Bachelor Degree is the basic qualification for entry to a field. It will give you a systematic body of knowledge, the underlying principles and the problem-solving techniques you'll need to work in the discipline. With deeper content than an Associate Degree, your Bachelor Degree will develop your skills and knowledge to the point where you can pursue postgraduate studies if you want to.
  • BACHELOR DEGREE (HONOURS)
    • Duration ‐ One year after completion of Bachelors degree
    • Completed following ‐ Bachelor Degree
    • Details ‐ If you do particularly well in your Bachelor Degree, your institution might grant entry to an additional year of study to enable you to graduate with honors.
  • DOCTORAL DEGREE
    • Duration ‐ Typically 3 years
    • Completed following ‐ Masters Degree Details ‐ The highest award offered by Australian universities, the Doctoral Degree is a research program, although it can have some coursework.
  • Master DEGREE
    • Duration ‐ 1 to 2 years
    • Completed following ‐ Bachelor Degree (Honors) or Bachelor Degree
    • Details ‐ A Master Degree is a course of independent research, traditional coursework or a combination of the two, and will make you a leader in your field. A Master Degree takes either one year after a Bachelor Degree with honors, or two years after a Bachelor Degree.

ADMISSION INTAKES IN AUSTRALIAN UNIVERSITIES

Australian Universities have 2 main intakes during a year and both intakes are open to all courses

  • July/August intake: This is more popular for Indian students as they do not lose time in studies
  • January/February intake: This intake is also available for all courses and suits those especially going in for Masters Course

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

  • STEP1: Discuss your aims and study/career goals with us

    This is the most important part of your application process. We use our expertise to advise you what best may be suited for you.

    We discuss several options and start the process of short listing courses and universities that can best meet your future goals.

    We then draw a 6 to 9 months plan to ensure a very high chance to get you admitted to the universities of your choice.

  • STEP2: Apply through an education agent or directly

    Most applications are made on line and we will provide all help and support in preparing an impressive application.

    Some of the essential documents required along with an application are

    • An "International students application form" duly filled. Applicants must verify that the selected courses have a CRICOS number.
    • Supporting documents
      • 10th/12th class marks when applying for a Bachelors or diploma course.
      • 12th class/Bachelor's degree, semester wise college mark sheets when applying for a master course.
      • IELTS/TOEFL Scores
      • Statement of purpose (if required)
      • 2 to 3 letters of recommendation.
      • Personal resume/CV (if required)
      • Details of work experience (if any)
      • Photocopy of Passport
    • Application fee (for some Universities)
  • We have direct contacts with several Australian universities and will undertake the task of submission of your application, follow up with universities and getting your Letter of Offer

  • STEP3: Receiving your Letter of Offer

    If your application is successful, you will receive a 'Letter of Offer'. To confirm your offer you must respond to this letter by signing and sending an acceptance of offer back to the institution.

    This can usually be done by mail or in some cases by scanning and emailing the letter The Letter of Offer is a contract between you and the institution.

    It sets out the course you will be enrolled in, enrolment conditions, the fees you need to pay, and the refund payable if you don't complete your course with that provider.

    This contract is very important ‐ if you don't start your course, or finish your course, this written agreement will be used to determine if you will receive a refund.

    Most Letters of Offers will ask you to deposit a certain amount with the university to confirm your acceptance.

    Send your deposit only after you take a final decision.

    Keep a copy of the Letter of Offer. You will need this copy so that you are aware of your rights and if you have to make a claim against the institution.

  • STEP 4: Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE)

    After you have accepted your Offer and paid your deposit you will receive an 'Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment' (eCoE) by email.

    This will outline your course start date, total course fees and how long your course will run for.

    The eCOE entitles you to apply for a Study Visa for Australia

  • STEP 5: Apply for your Visa
